I’ve been a personal trainer in Sydney, Australia for 13 years. In between training clients I’ve also attended university to study neuroscience, started an online education business and delivered in-person seminars around Australia.
My focus is being an intermediary between scientific research, coaches and the average gym-goer. A lot of my content’s been developed over several years from the 1-on-1 mentorships I’ve done with trainers and coaches. So, while I can’t fly around Australia or overseas to help everyone face-to-face, the online material is a way I can still help trainers anywhere who want to learn aspects of training, lifestyle and nutrition that are actually important.
I do this through social media, online coaching, my Fitness Fundamentals membership site, and the more intensive Science of Fitness course.
